The spacious and cozy living room opens onto the garden and two large terraces for romantic dining while enjoying the spectacular 180º Mediterranean, garden, and mountain views.
A very nice fireplace, excellent piano, and comfortable leather sofa form a relaxing conversation area near the arched windows overlooking the sea.
At the other end of the room, the spacious dining area also with sea views can easily accommodate up to 10 people in a seated format.

The indoor fully equipped kitchen opens into the living room and dining room. It comes equipped with the latest Siemens appliances. Ideally accommodating four couples, all four bedrooms have comfortable beds and been beautifully designed with gorgeous en-suite bathrooms. Two additional beds can be conveniently added in order to accommodate children.
The master bedroom facing the Mediterranean Sea has a king size, one king size bed in one guest room facing the garden, one other king size bed is in the guest room facing the pool and Mediterranean Sea, and a queen size in the other guest room facing the garden. Guests will enjoy the spectacular new bedroom suite overlooking the pool and panoramic views of the Mediteranean sea. Floor to ceiling windows bring in spectacular light.

Exterior

This magnificent single-story Mediterranean Villa was completely renovated in 2019.

The south-facing terraces overlook the garden with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. They are furnished with patio furniture, wrought iron dining table, hamac, a barbecue and lounge chairs for relaxing and dining alfresco. Guests will feel the ultimate luxury as they swim in the beautiful infinity pool. Also, an exercise area with elliptical bike, bench and weight has been added recently.

The exclusive garage is attached to the house and three more cars may be parked on a private street. There is also a security camera and alarm system.
